"The service and food were outstanding. Our waitress, Patricia, was friendly, patient, and professional. She frequently checked on us and brought all our extras promptly. The food was delicious, served hot, and reasonably priced. We ordered Arnold Palmers, hot tea, a breakfast steak burrito, a breakfast sandwich (with bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin), and a two-egg breakfast with home fries and bacon. The total was only $32—very affordable!"

"This was our first visit, and we were welcomed by some fantastic live music. It was quite loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation inside, but we did have the option to dine outside. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired; our server took our order but didn’t return, as it was time for a shift change. The food, unfortunately, was a disappointment. The walleye fish cake sliders were overwhelmingly fishy and hard to enjoy. There was no salt or seasoning on any of the dishes we ordered. On a positive note, the manager was excellent and kindly didn’t charge us for the meals we couldn’t eat. He apologized and mentioned that others had experienced similar issues. The menu does look appealing, and we plan to return to try something different. I believe the staff is eager to improve, and I’m hopeful that our next experience will be better."

"I want to start by emphasizing that this place is primarily a BAR, not a traditional restaurant. However, they do serve frozen pizzas that are truly outstanding and can be popped in the oven whenever you're in the mood for a bite! The beer selection is impressive, offering a wide range of options from international favorites to local brews. The menu is current and well-described, making it easy to choose. The service was fantastic, with some pleasantly surprising accommodations. I look forward to returning to The Crossing for many years ahead!"
