"I would be one whom would question the quality of employment here along with other factors. I say this because those who have worked for equivalent establishments. While in training, if they were the server they received the tip given. In higher end establishments where a mandatory 20% tip is required. Obviously better quality of food, better quality establishment, better service, etc. The tip is equally split among the server’s even those in training. In this establishment the server in training is to forfeit their tips to the trainer. Fair? I think not, disrespectful, distasteful and ill manner of those training. Might even be a little greedy of the trainers. Overall, very unprofessional in the restaurant industry. Practically bullying in a sense, wonder why it’s hard to keep good help."
