"OH. MY. YES. This pie is incredible! If you're craving a deep-dish pizza, this is the spot you absolutely need to visit—and it’s even husband-approved by a Chicagoan. The crust is fantastic: perfectly crispy and caramelized on the outside, with a slightly doughy and chewy texture on the inside. You can really tell that the pans they use have been well-loved over the years, which adds to the amazing flavor! We indulged in the pepperoni and pineapple topping, and it was loaded with cheesy goodness. Just a heads-up: don’t expect a traditional restaurant experience here. It’s more of a "pizza and good food, primarily for takeout" kind of place. They have three small tables and a cooler stocked with drinks, but the pizza is so hot that it will likely be just right by the time you get home. The owners and staff are friendly but efficient, and it’s no wonder why it stayed busy while we were there—this place is a gem!"
