"I have been ordering here literally since I was a teenager. Food was always good. Service at one point was great. However, times have changed and this place has gone downhill over the years. I was completely taken aback by how aggressive the female manager was towards the customers in the store. I mentioned that she was rude and she ran from behind the counter trying to attack me.This escalated oddly quick. Though alert, I was disgusted. How is it okay to treat a customer in such a way? Who exactly is running this establishment these days?Dan (one of the cooks/ dish boy) was also extremely rude and verbally aggressive. Insinuating to put me out because of how the manager reacted to me stating that she was rude. That is not how you treat a repeat loyal customer.I will not be returning however, I will be contacting the health department due to the uncleanliness of the staff I witnessed from the counter."

"Quality (4.5): The food tasted like authentic Viet food. The Goi was nice and crunchy. The tofu is a good appetizer choice. The What The Pho is their signature pho dish but to me, there was nothing too special about it. Tasted great but I was expecting more with that creative name. The Thai tea is a must! Perfect sweetness level. Cleanliness (3.5): Since it was an authentic Viet restaurant, it came with the stereotype of not being super clean. Also it's near South Miami Beach. Not many places near the beach are super clean. Service (5): An incredible friendly team. Very nice servers that are funny! Uniqueness/interior (4): Nothing special except for the What The Pho dish. Did feel like an authentic Viet restaurant with the interior look. Overall: 4"
