"I ordered from DoorDash, so I can't comment on the service or the restaurant's atmosphere. I tried the General Tso's chicken with lo mein and requested it to be extra spicy. Unfortunately, it had no spice at all, which was disappointing since extra spicy was an option. The overall flavor was good, but I was really hoping for some heat. On the bright side, the lo mein was outstanding and absolutely delicious with excellent flavor! If the General Tso's had been spicy, this review would have easily been a 5. Still, it's definitely a solid choice for Chinese food in the area!"

"I would rather do anything than write this, but I have to say that the woman who answers the phone at this restaurant is extremely rude! I have been a longtime customer here and have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was today. I called to place a delivery order and the woman on the phone hung up on me not once, but three times. It is inexcusable, even if she is having a bad day. This is poor customer service. At the very least, take my order instead of being so lazy. Food: 4/5"

"My go to place. Great hot and sour soup! Very fulfilling and hearty. Not watery ...has that nice heaviness a good one needs and lots of great ingredients. Rangoons, boneless ribs and beef teriaki are yummy too. Chicken wings and fried stuff hit an miss with quality. Many times overcooked an crunchy. Everything is always hot and fresh.never any errors"

"amazing food. honestly i think its the best in the area! the ONLY problem i have is with one delivery guy. idk his name but hes clearly an older white man maybe in his mid 50s. he was extremely rude when he came to the door. i understand its very busy on friday, but that was really no excuse for the rude commentary. i couldnt tip much and i felt terrible enough as it is. so when i hand him the money he says in monotone, Wow! thanks for that i guess! then he storms away. I ended up calling the store and told them what had happened and the person who answered did apologize but i highly doubt theyll even reprimand him because hes been a delivery driver for them awhile. hes been rude to us before as well. one incident with my partner happened exactly two months ago. the same delivery guy was carrying a tazer on his hip..... he went to grab it and ended up tazing himself. im not sure if he meant to taze my partner, but thats extremely dangerous to carry around as a deliver driver! he still had the same tazer on his hip today. he just didnt touch it this time. needless to say, i wont be ordering from here anymore. i love the food, but im sorry; im not gonna risk my safty by possibly being tazed or risk my mental well being by being insulted for not tipping alot for $20.15 order. they need to get rid of him."
