"First, I had ordered a bottled water but instead received a cup filled with ice and what seemed to be fountain water. I ended up paying $2.40 for tap water. Then, when I opened the box, I realized there were no utensils included, so I had no way to eat my meal.
Looking at the food, I felt there wasn’t enough cheese. I tried mixing it around in case it was just baked unevenly, but there were only a few cheese pieces, and some weren’t even melted. I had specifically selected marinara sauce on Uber Eats and also opted for basil pesto, which I was really looking forward to, but there was no trace of the pesto. I also selected pepperoni and bacon as my two meat choices, but neither was included.
Furthermore, I noticed that some of the options I had chosen on Uber Eats were missing from the receipt. I’m not sure whether it was an issue with the app or the restaurant. Overall, this meal was quite disappointing."
