"The Loganville location is a disappointment, however this review does not reflect the quality of the food at this store. The first thing you see when you walk in is the stainless steel trashcans that are an eye sore compared to the rest of the decor. The certificate wall is nearly empty with the outline of removed certifications, or permits. The drive though lane has a severely busted speed bump. First impressions are important. I had a scheduled interview with the general manager that she apparently wasn 't aware of. I made these observations as I waited. When she finally met with me she apologized for being late, then introduced herself as Ms. D as if I was a student or child. This left a poor first impression. She took me outside and the interview consisted of one question, Tell me about yourself . She did not make any effort to build a rapport with me. Then she went on to talk about about herself and the company. Last she said that next steps would be a second interview. This interaction lasted less than 10 minutes. There was no structure and it felt unprofessional and a waste of my time.I was impressed by the shift supervisor who greeted and made small talk with everyone in the dining room including the crew coming and going at shift change. SHE is an asset to this company and I hope she is considered for this position."
