"I want to start off saying I enjoyed my meal however; the customer service is pretty poor. I go inside the restaurant and wait my turn to order (mentally preparing myself for a rude encounter, like always with the young people behind the counter at this establishment). Anyway, I order my food. The young woman working the register, told me how much the food was as I was taking out my debit card (I usually only carry debit cards) the young woman said “The machine isn’t working. Only cash”. So. I went to a machine outside and came back with the cash. The order was like $15 and some noise. Cool! I paid and waited for my food. A minute later, I decided I wanted a beverage, so I requested a Snapple. The same young woman said “I already charged you for a soda”. Wait a minute.. I was kind of perplexed ? for second. The young woman continued on to say “I charged you for a soda too, cause you always get one”. I sincerely thanked her for being so thoughtful but; I declined the soda and requested the Snapple. Ok.. no cuss no fuss. Got the Snapple. I continued to wait for my food about 7 minutes or so. A young man handed me my food not even looking at me.. I mean no eye contact at all! ? I still said thank you. The young man says nothing. At this point I was like ?Sir, when I order food, pay for it with my hard earned money and say thank you, the least you can do is make eye contact with me and say you’re welcome. ?I’m just sayin. Just rude! I won’t be back!"
