"When I asked if I could have all flats for my wings, she said no. I then inquired about a half-and-half order, and she responded in a dismissive tone, saying she didn’t know how they would come out. Feeling frustrated, I asked to speak to the manager. He confirmed that he would accommodate the half-and-half request, but then handed me back to the same rude employee to take my order.
The menu pricing stated $14.95 for a 10-piece wing combo with fries and a drink, but the young lady insisted that my order would cost $21.00. When I pointed out the menu price, she bluntly told me, "I just told you what the price is." Once again, I requested to speak with the manager. When he came on the line, he shockingly said, "I DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS," and hung up.
Of course, I was furious. I called back to ask for the owner, but Ms. Rude informed me she didn’t know who that was nor when they would be in. How unprofessional!
This experience has completely deterred me from returning to American Best Wings. Customer service is very important to me, and I believe it should be prioritized in any business. No matter how good the food might be, I will not support a place that treats customers with such disrespect."
