"The app said that they open at 10am. I placed my order online at 10:03. It's a ten minute walk from my job. I got there at 10:20am. and they WEREN'T OPEN! They took my money and No one is in the store or answering the phone! It's now 10:50am. and still no answer! I start work at 11am. and I'm hungry!"
