"This hidden gem has recently opened, and the food is absolutely amazing! I ordered some pizzas to enjoy with my family, and I can honestly say the dough is fresh and the meat is flavorful. The prices are definitely worth it. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that is sometimes hard to find. "I called here today to order pizzas and on the recording it says that they go a special on unlimited large two topping pizzas for $8.99 everyone. when the type responds to the phone that I said I wanted this deal, he said we didn't have this deal anymore and I said well on her recording that it did it and he said yes, I know. So I had an email that I just received today and offered two big two topping pizzas for $21.99, so I told them I wanted to use this deal. he says, oh, that goodwill can't work I can't accept the system, but I will go ahead and give it to them at this price okay then I tell him I have a code for my free chewing gum brot from my last visit and he says, oh you can't use this code that you can't combine with other deals. I told him to look back so hard to have a nice day. order pizza and use coupons should not be so difficult!"

The quality of the pizza has been inconsistent lately, but when they get it right, it's truly my favorite pizza place. However, I've found myself calling other places more often recently. "First i want to start off by saying i love the food itself but the service is terrible. I ordered a pizza Friday 01/15/2024 , half pepperoni and half cheese. when i got home it had all pork on it which one of the people in the home does not eat pork. I was told by an employee my two options were 1) come back for the cheese or 2) id have a free pizza if i didn’t come back that day of. i decided to not come back that same day because i had just made it home and it was all an inconvenient honestly. So today 01/15/2024 i called to get my free pizza, I experienced nothing but attitude from someone who claimed to be a general manager who said his name was Daruis Frank (don’t t know if its true) but he was extremely rude he stated to me he was doing interview and he had issued me a refund (which is fine if i have my money back) the problem was he acted like i inconvenience him when my order was messed up. I explained the options i had and was never told about a refund so i ask him to provide proof of a refund that was submitted. To sum my point up he was very rude , very short, very unapologetic and had no good customer service skills im thankful for my money back but really it was just 20 dollars it wasnt about the money or the free pizza it was the principle on how he was talking to me to the point where my fiancé had to go down there and talk to him, Very disappointed in the service i receivedUpdate.The owner responded to my review and told me to send a private message with my contact information via facebook or twitter. I went to facebook and there was no place for me message them. I then went back to look at other reviews and seen the same response under other bad reviews which leads me to believe that the response is just to make them look better as if they tried to fix the problem."

"I am a huge Marco's Pizza fan from Augusta Georgia this is my first time ordering Marcos in Atlanta and I could say I'm not impressed my pizza was kind of stingy with the meat and it was little overdone I thought I had recommended it to a friend and he was not impressed either kind of blew it on that one Marcos. But the delivery driver was very friendly and the pizza was delivered really quick."

"Apparently they are a real hit and miss operation. Several weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. There was virtually no sauce and very little cheese. This was the first time I ordered from them and will be the last. I was sent a survey, and told them what my experience was, but there was no follow up.To make matters worse, they now have my email address and keep sending me emails. I 've unsubscribed multiple times, but the emails keep coming and reminding me how bad the quality of their food is."
