"Regarding the wings, I should note that they are on the smaller side and a bit expensive, but they were cooked to perfection. The two sauces I selected were excellent and matched my palate well. As a longtime resident of Chicago, I have a strong appreciation for good food, and I can honestly say these wings are the best I’ve had since moving here 16 years ago.
If you frequently receive cold food, I suggest steering clear of Uber Eats. In my experience, drivers often pick up your food and then take on other passengers, which leads to delays. Additionally, if there’s a line and drivers have to wait, they sometimes log off, resulting in even longer waits for another driver to be assigned. I had a particularly frustrating experience ordering from Burger King at 7 PM. After four hours and five different drivers, I finally received my food, but Uber Eats refused to issue a refund.
Since switching to DoorDash, I haven’t encountered any issues with late or cold food. I will definitely choose to spend my money here again in the future."
