"I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place. If it hadn't been freezing outside, I would have checked out other options. I ordered the lunch special, which included shrimp with black bean sauce served over brown rice and wonton soup, and unfortunately, everything was completely tasteless. The wonton soup was particularly disappointing; the broth was flavorless, and it only had three wontons—no pork, no seaweed, nothing else. Just a bland yellow broth with those three wontons.
The shrimp with black bean sauce was just as unimpressive! There was no flavor whatsoever, so I had to drown it in hot sauce and soy sauce to make it somewhat edible. Now I understand why this place has such poor reviews. I definitely won't be coming back!"
