"We used to come here very regularly, but as of late the food has always seemed like it's been sitting out for more than a day. The shrimp in all of the seafood dishes are not deveined. And it's a shame, this used to be our go-to place when we wanted this type of food. Our most recent visit will probably be our last until I see reviews getting better. That being said, the staff is always super friendly, especially the woman who works the register. She always recognizes us and comments on how much our son is growing up. No complaints at all with the service. Just as of lately, the food hasn't been great."

"I ordered food and was informed it would take 30-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour and ten minutes, I called to check on the status and was assured it would arrive soon. However, another ten minutes passed—now an hour and twenty minutes total—and there was still no sign of my food. I called again and was told it would be on its way shortly. "The food is superbly prepared, and the prices are quite fair. However, I have one issue: we usually order around $60 to $70 worth of food and always ask for the basic sauces—soy, mustard, and duck sauce. Unlike every other Chinese restaurant I've been to, they never include these sauces in the bag. This should be a standard part of customer service. "I can't comprehend how this place has a 4.3 rating. I experienced some of the worst service in town. I ordered $70 worth of food, including 12 pork egg rolls, but they gave us 12 vegetable egg rolls instead and accused us of lying about the mistake. Additionally, I ordered General Tso's chicken, and it was completely wrong—no spice whatsoever. I won't be coming back here."

"I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, thanks to their outstanding customer service and friendly staff. They are very accommodating with special requests, like adding extra sauce or providing additional plates upon hearing that I was away from home. The cuisine leans towards classic Chinese-American, featuring plenty of deep-fried options and sweet sauces. However, if you're looking for lighter options, there are steamed dishes and brown rice available as well. Some of my favorite items include the pork dumplings, shrimp toast, egg foo young, beef with scallions, lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, curry chicken, and brown rice. Honestly, nearly everything on the menu is delicious. I've been a loyal customer for 12 years, and their consistency has been impressive; I've rarely encountered any mistakes or disappointments in all that time."

"My husband ordered here and it was our very first time ordering. We ordered through Grubhub. This will be our first and VERY LAST TIME! It took nearly 2.5 hours for us to receive our order. That Grubhub had to call to see what was going on for us. Butno one ever answered the phone. So they refunded us for the order. As they were delivering the food to us my husband was stilltalking to customer service. The driver came delivered the food. Then a few minutes later came back and complained about uscancelling our order and him needing the food back. We told Grubhub they delivered and customer service was sending therestaurant a credit to keep the food. But the driver wasn't trying to hear what we were telling him. He then called his managerand they were talking in Chinese. He put his manager on speaker and he basically was telling us to give him his food back andbeing very rude. I never witnessed such mess in my life. And it kind of hurt because my children were looking and crying as Ihad to give the food back. But they didnt care. Not one bit. I will NEVER do business with this restaurant and I hope they getwhat they deserve. As for the food, I asked what they would do with it. And the driver didn't have an answer. My assumptions arethey would probably resale it to another customer. Which is horrible due to all that's going on with this covid-19. I opened thebag and everything. I'm just very appalled and this situation. And to see that my children didn't get to eat and had to witnessus going back and forth with the driver was horrible. The driver even said I could send him $25 through cashapp for the food. Inever heard anything like this. I would skip this place seriously! Save your money you'll thank me in the end! ITS NOT WORTH IT!"
