"The food was delicious, I’d go back to eat again, BUT LET ME TELL YOU. I WAS. STUFFED, and now originally I never eat all my food, I even stole half of my mom’s burger. But one thing that bothered me was all the noise. Now I’m a very introverted person, and I’m very shy and if there is too much noise I will quiver in anxiety, but I was mostly talking to my sister and mom. But over all it was Delicious! I just wasn’t a big fan of the noise, (mostly also because I’m pretty sure I have autism) but I get really hyper sensitive about a ton of noise. But I loved watching the horses race on tv."

"the only bad thing was when I showed up and was told that they didn't take any precautions. I was on time and the party before me sat before my party. I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table."

"The wings were over cooked but the Asian zing sauce is delicious. I ordered the sampler and it came with bonless wings insrea of traditional as shown. They were also overlooked. Flavor good. They havent learned how to package food for transport so that the food doesnt get cold and soggy. The dries nachos and onion rings were all soggy. Other restaurants have superior packaging. The completely forgot our Mac n cheese. We use door dash on average 2 times a week. This is our first time ordering here. I highly doubt we will order from here again."

"Here is a picture of my salad. If Management is okay with how this salad was made. Then truly the employees and management NEED redirection... this was not on the waitress...THIS is on the so called cooks and kitchen help. I will Truly Never Recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to ANYONE. I ASK FOR EXTRA TOMATOES, I received one slice cut into quarters. The boneless Chicken in the salad was two triangular pieces (per the picture) and NOT ONE SINGLE DROP OF SAUCE ON THE CHICKEN, This was supposed to be a Buffalo Chicken Salad. It was anything but. The is the Sorriest Excuse for a Buffalo Chicken Salad I have ever seen. If you are truly the business you say you are in all of your National Commercials , You WILL NOT let this slide. IF YOU are the company you say you are in your Commercials. YOU WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT. BUT UNTIL THEN...NOBODY PATRONIZE this particular Buffalo Wild Wings the kitchen staff at night are completely INCOMPETENT."

"When I left, we had a great server and our order came out quickly. Most BWW these days have quite hard service and it is difficult in and out in an hour. Either we had a great waitress or they still train the right way down here. Not much to say. The same old BWW menu we all know and love. Parking seemed plentiful and within the Gravois Bluffs were not too much trouble."

"This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and I found it challenging to hear due to the many TV screens playing different sports, which created a chaotic atmosphere that made it hard to focus. On a positive note, our server was friendly and attentive, although we had to wait a while for our food. We each ordered 10 traditional wings, and although there were plenty of flavor options and dipping sauces available, the wings were quite small and lacked meat. We also ordered a couple of sides and some sodas, and the total came to over $70, which felt excessive considering the portion sizes. Overall, it was too expensive for what we received."

"Have loved every time I have been in this restaurant EVER. This one in Burlington is no exception. Nice staff, quick service, delicious food. My only complaint is that my boneless wings were not completely covered with sauce, but I didn't bring it to the staff who I am sure would have corrected it. They did not use any contact billing where the link was sent to me in a text and I paid online what I LOVED. I will definitely come back."

"Went here and spent almost 100 the wings I ordered weren't fresh they never brought our celery carrots or ranch, they brought out the adults food while our all child had to wait, you should never bring out half the party's food let alone ask a hungry 5year old to wait and watch everyone else wat. Not to mention I never did see our waitress again for a refill and the table waswet when we sat down which is a very nasty feeling on your arms. Definitely won't be back to this one"

"my grandson I was on Sunday, 25th October 2020 at buffalo wild wings to watch the packers and the texans, we are both big packers fans so we are very happy with the game result. we had a few appetizers during the 1st half kicked pickles and cheese curds (we are packer fans) the place was quite full and the waitresses ran around very busy, but our waitress jeannie did an excellent job to take care of us throughout the game! our drinks were always full and she checked us regularly to see if we needed something else. just before half the time we ordered a wrap and boneless wing with fries, just like the appetizer 's had earlier, eating came fast, hot and tasteful and just as we had ordered it. I urge everyone who bw3 in kokomo to try in and ask jeannie when they do it, they will not regret."

"First time visiting this location in many years. Waited 30 minutes for one 24 oz beer. My 2 kids got their pop luckily, so our appetizer didn't choke me too much. But only got service because we had to ask for it. Waited 20 minutes prior to getting a Hello. Just weird all around. Zero friendliness or just not good service. Food was ok enough. It's a trend for bad service at Buffalo Wild Wings apparently. It's not just this location either."

"waited 15 minutes to be filled with restaurant 1/4. 30 minutes before we were seen from a server. ordering food and drink as soon as it came to the table and expects that the food should last. and the water did not come out until the food was 40 minutes later. assumed, the kitchen is possibly short personal as most places in these days. we only saw our server when they put something on the table so that we could not check the status of feed and drink. the manager is incredibly rude. they acted as if we had asked her for her first born child when we had asked her to change the tvs into the two games in the march. wings were kold. had she sent back, but it should have been there for another hour. this place needs a great overhaul. the drive is worth a bit more to get better service. side note: out server was very friendly and seemed to understand the quality of the service was not on par. the problems come from the administration."

"the first time in ever and it was very disappointing, the staff seemed to be high, not sure whether they were or not, but kindly seemed like 3 of perhaps 6 employees I spoke to act as they might have been high, not written on our command and came back to ask several times what we ordered, eating came wrong and overcooked and the burger was not seasoned and mine was very hard. I don't want to come back and I didn't just eat my meal at first because the cheese curds the only thing I got that was boiled properly. oddly good with caramel, tastes like cinnabon. one of the workers I believed to recommend it. weed is legal in oregon, so if the job allows it, I think it's okay, but they should be more attentive. Edit:Hey buffalo wild wing, I said everything I needed to say, my huh was hard, my burger was wronged, personal seemed high and didn't write on order that they came back to ask several times and still messed up. Cheese curds were good and only something I ate for and just something we paid for. we got a refund for the $9.99 meal I ordered that was not satisfactory, the burger was also not with even salt from what I could say and I was completely disappointed."

"Update: Increased the star ratings. Owner is interested in improving the establishment. He reached out right after I posted the review. Also, I decided food and atmosphere are better overall... so rating is now based on all our visits, not just this latest visit. Supply chain issue maybe still, but we will go back. A lot of restaurants are short staffed these days so taking that into consideration also. Original Review: I come here for the beer. And cheese curds. Don't come here for fine dining. Sometimes we get a great server. Usually they are out of something we ordered, but we make do. We aren't always told when we order that they are out of it... this time it wasn't until our food was coming out that they told us some of the ingredients on our order were out so we cancelled that portion of the order. They still gave us the fries from the order and we thought that was nice until we saw they charged us for the fries... and we ordered another meal to make up for the cancelled order! They are always under new management so we get hopeful... but nope. Still need work."

"I had a little incident with my meal last night. It wasn't anything severe, but considering that this restaurant prides itself on excellent service and high standards, it shouldn't have happened. To summarize, the manager promptly addressed the issue and took appropriate action by covering my family's meals for the evening. We frequent this location often; although we’ve tried other branches, this one is definitely the best. Even during the pandemic, they maintained great service. Nowadays, it’s rare to find a place that opens on time, or even opens at all. I wanted to express my gratitude to the manager, but he was busy handling things, so I’ll make sure to thank him when I return—because we absolutely will be back. Thanks again!"

"Stoped in 6/17 wanting a hot meal I was hungry and this was the only place that I felt I could get a decent meal I was wrong haven’t been to a b dubs in a few weeks and that was states over turns out service is just down across the board from the time I placed my order to the time I left was well over a hr took 25 mins just to get served half my meal and 1 refill in that time , I asked for 15 wings she rang it up as 20 I asked for dirty dub tots and she completely forgot to put them in completely screwing up my whole order then the menu prices don’t reflect what I was charged it was more! Completely unacceptable won’t be returning"

"I have never been more disrespected by a manager in my life. I went there on a Wednesday night and after watching two people return their food and ask for a refund I checked my order just to find out it was also wrong. I went back in and showed the manager Jeremiah my order confirmation and he stood there and argued with me AND told me it was my fault that my order was wrong. It’s not my fault the online ordering system doesnt work correctly and doesn’t give them all the order specifications on the ticket. That has nothing to do with me. And I don’t appreciate being argued with and told that a internal system issue was my fault. They remade my food but it was still wrong, missing sauces and carrots/celery. I honestly have never been so offended by someone calling themself a manager before. I’ll never go back to this location, the food quality isn’t even worth it."

"My wife and I went to this BWW Sunday after making a reservation on their website. We received confirmation emails and text message reminders for our reservation. When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation, she said, We don 't take reservations. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she said that I should not have been able to make a reservation and no tables would be available FOR 2 HOURS. She didn 't pretend to care about the inconvenience. My wife suggested we get a takeout order, but we both felt that the restaurant should do something, even if only a symbolic gesture, to compensate for the service failure. We drove 40 minutes for a reservation that they confirmed but would not honor. The cashier took our order, but before we paid he went to the manager to see what could be done. I stepped outside and my wife spoke with the manager (Carlos R. and he said nothing could be done. When I heard that, I went inside asked to speak with the manager. Before he returned, the cashier brought our takeout order to us. Carlos R. showed up and told us nothing could be done because it was a third party 's mistake. That defies logic! The third party is OpenTable which BWW hired to do exactly what they did: Make a reservation. I told him that I worked in restaurants for years and that you always try to satisfy the customer in the case of service failures. At least do SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to show that you are sorry for the failure and that you appreciate their business. He said he would do NOTHING. I showed him that our takeout order was complete and asked him if he would rather throw the order away than satisfy his customer. He said if you don 't want the food at full price, I 'll throw it away. He was happy to throw away the food and two customers. Why not discount the food slightly and keep two customers? He is neither a champion of logic or customer service. I wrote the corporate office the same day. No response. TERRIBLE SERVICE!"
