"I was disappointed to find that all of my special instructions were ignored on my order, which included the Chop Cheese Sandwich and Combo over rice—specifically, I had requested no onions, no tomatoes, and no lettuce. The Mucho Macho Smoothie was one of the worst I've ever tried. Additionally, the Lipton Tea I ordered came with just a cup of boiling water and a teabag instead of a can of iced tea as expected."
