"I always rave about this restaurant, but I genuinely think my order was mixed up by mistake. I ordered a new flavor of wings, garlic parmesan, but what I received was overly sweet and sticky, leading me to believe they accidentally gave me the honey garlic flavor instead. I really dislike sweet wings. After trying one, I took them back to show the staff how sticky they were and to let them smell the strong scent of honey. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do—no refund or exchange, just a discount to reorder a different flavor."
