"Ordered delivery and the lady said 50-55 minutes. Driver showed up 89 minutes later so we didn't tip because of it being ridiculously late. Driver calls us and says they won't work with us because of the no tip. Well our food is barely warm now so Ihave absolutely NO PROBLEM not ordering from here again! I understand it's tough to find help right now, but if that's the casetell your customers it may take up to 90 minutes to get their food and it wouldn't be such an issue. Egg rolls tasted like adirty dish rag, crab rangoon batter was chewy, the rest of the food was ok considering having to re-heat it. Definitely notgoing with this place again"

"We have switched from Imperial 46 over to Joy Wok for many reasons. The food is fresher , more consistent, and the people are more nice. The delivery girl is very nice, spoke well, and bowed/smiled after we tipped her, showing respect for her job and her customers. My in-laws are from eastern countries and they prefer the food here because it is tasty and not greasy. Been a happy customer for a year now. The one time we did have an issue a quick phone call resolved everything. Thank you!!!"

"This place used to serve huge portions now they don't pack your rice quart up to the top , There egg rolls are like baby fingers everything they sell getting smaller and smaller and there prices are higher and higher they need to build a new Chinese restaurant near by with better portions . The delivery guy always charges you more than the bill is , not trying to be judgemental but I was out in Brooklyn the other day and bought a quart of chicken lo mein packed to the top delicious for 9.50 I was like wow thats how i remember it ....come on guys get it together your food is tasty but your slackin on your portions ."

"Well this was a pleasant surprise. I live in the Spartanburg area and we have a restaurant with the same name and menu. The only downside of the Spartanburg one is they only accept cash or checks, no debit or credit cards. They have my favorite pork fried rice and sesame chicken so I've put up with having to pay with cash. I was out in the Greenville area and really wanted some good Chinese take out and saw this location with the same menu and name and figured I'd try it to see if it's as good as the Spartanburg location that I frequent and to my surprise it is just as good if not better. The sesame chicken is my test for Chinese take out and this sesame chicken was very flavorful and has a nice kick of heat that I really enjoy. The pork fried rice is even better than the one I'm use to which was a pleasant surprise. The egg roll, while smaller than the ones I get in Spartanburg, was just as good. The best part for me was the fact that I could pay with my debit card and you get a plastic container which is great for reheating if you have leftovers, the Spartanburg location still uses tin foil containers that overall keep the food warmer. The other thing that was nice was that all the dinner combinations are the same price so you can change it up to something like boneless spare ribs and the price is the same. While the sesame chicken is cheaper in Spartanburg I'm fine paying a little more if it means I don't have to stop by an ATM just to get it. Next time I'm out in the Greenville area and craving Chinese I'll be coming here for sure."

If you gathered the cheese and I’m assuming that the crabmeat is fine blended in the cheese, there is no sign or hint of crabmeat. "I often come here for lunch with my grandfather, and we've always enjoyed our visits until today. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet our server rushed us out. They dropped off the bill while we were still eating our first plate, and we hadn't even been there for 15 minutes. After deciding to get another plate, we returned to find the waitress standing over our table, waiting for payment. I've never experienced anything like this here before; it's not how a paying customer should be treated. Additionally, the sushi chef was quite rude unless you left a tip. When I took two pieces of sushi, he angrily tapped the tip jar."
