"This is our favorite restaurant in Poulsbo, and honestly, anywhere within a 50-mile radius. The food is freshly prepared and bursting with flavor, made with authentic ingredients. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including Dinner Sets that feature 5 or 6 courses with 11 or 12 dishes to choose from. Nan, the cook and co-owner, is incredibly talented and inspired, as well as very friendly. She often comes to your table to say hello, chat about the food, or ask how your day is going. The prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the portions are generous. Be sure to try the fresh prawn rolls as an appetizer—the homemade peanut sauce is fresh and absolutely delicious. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem!"
