Last weekend, I ordered a sandwich for my father since it's his favorite, and I haven't been able to see him lately. Unfortunately, my order was canceled because of an issue at the store. I spoke with the owner, who was a delight to chat with. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and went above and beyond to ensure I received my order. Not only did he have the sandwich prepared, but he also delivered it personally to my father's house! I've never encountered a business owner who goes to such lengths; it truly shows their commitment to great customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Pastrami Masters for both their delicious food and outstanding service—they deserve an A grade and 5 stars!"
