"This could have been a decent Boston Market at one time, but that's no longer the case. I ordered for pickup and was instructed by the staff to come to the side door instead of the curb. It felt really shady and definitely not curbside service. After making my way there, I was met with confusion, as they didn’t seem to know which side dishes I wanted. I had no interest in trading my salad for potatoes, so I requested a refund. However, I was informed that they didn’t issue refunds at the business. When I inquired about how to get a refund, the response was vague. Frustrated, I told them to just give me the potatoes. The worker then became confrontational and said that I couldn’t speak to him that way. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and left without eating, hoping to figure out a way to get my money back. I attempted to contact Boston Market for a refund, but they don’t provide a phone number or email—just a feedback form. I’m left waiting to see if anyone addresses this situation, which felt like it escalated unnecessarily, including a confrontation with employees in front of my children."
