"I waited a while before writing this review to see if the owners would reach out to me, but they never did. I've been sober for a little over seven months now, and when I dipped my fries into the ketchup, it tasted oddly reminiscent of cheap beer. The smell coming from the ketchup bottle was even worse! I'm shocked at the level of cross-contamination that seems to be happening here—it's absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, whoever cooked the burgers clearly has no understanding of what medium rare or well done means. The restaurant itself was dirty, and the staff appeared rather incompetent, with the exception of our waiter, who was the only helpful one. I would recommend avoiding this place, as it speaks volumes about how little they care about cleanliness, not just for the condiments but throughout the entire establishment!"
