"I had to post this review today 5/26/23. I purchased food from this place before and it tasted very good. My problem is with the rude female worker with blonde hair and her stinky, ugly attitude. This woman is straight up prejudice and she can't even try to hide it. This woman was about to get slapped on a beautiful day. The spirit of the Lord helped me to stay strong and walk away. But if she continues to serve and treat others in a disrespectful way like she Treated me, something terrible is going to happen to her. The next victim may not walk away!!!! Fire this hateful woman now!!!!! I'm done with Mr. CHEN'S Restaurant!!!"

"I saw the reviews and thought lets try it out. I was so indecisive because I wasn't really hungry but I ordered anyways. I ordered sesame chicken with veggie fried rice and I really wanted white rice but that wasn't an option ordering through Uber Eats. I received the order at a decent time but the chicken was extremely crunchy, stuck together, and it just didn't taste good. The rice was okay but it was only 1/4 of the plate. The chicken took up most of the plate. Honestly, people say this place is great but I've had better. Maybe I should order earlier in the day and see how it goes but honestly the time shouldn't matter because I ordered around 6 pm. I am disappointed. I didn't eat it all so the food did go in the garbage. Waste of money. But they did read the instructions on giving extra duck sauce. ??"

"I can't talk to the food, but I can say it's led by friendly people. Another search engine has connected the website for this restaurant to the China Dragon in South Carolina, from which I tried to order. I set up an order and paid for it, then I realized the mistake when I picked up. Someone from the Valley Stream China Dragon called me to ask me if she would come to get the order, and when I told her she quickly guessed what happened. Moments later I got a text that told me that the order was canceled and refunded. The wrong order was my fault not to check exactly, so of course I would not expect the restaurant to refund for food that it already prepared. Very nice surprise and nice people to cancel the order, although they did nothing wrong."

"I have an allergy to wheat. When I asked if they would especially freeze some chicken and rice for me without soy sauce, they said they would. (Many places have told me they can't. The super nice woman who took my order asked me everything I would like with my rice as they would cook it separately. Not only did they go beyond and beyond with my nutritional needs, but the food was absolutely delicious! So happy to see a new place. ?"

"Wow, that was some incredibly delicious Chinese food! The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and flavorful. The chicken and broccoli had an amazing taste. The lo mein was honestly the best takeout lo mein I've ever had. The broccoli in garlic sauce was delightful, though not very spicy, so be sure to ask for extra spice if you prefer some heat. The egg drop soup was fantastic. The wonton soup was a bit gooey, but still tasty, even if the texture was a little off. The fried rice was solid. Order now!"

"I waited for 2 hours for delivery, and after about an hour, I called back and was told they made a mistake and would be remaking the food. I thought if the food was good, then it was fine, but unfortunately, it was not. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting in water all day with zero flavor, and the fried rice was equally bad. I was disappointed and would not recommend this place. However, I decided to give them another chance, and the food came quickly and was delicious! I'm glad I gave them another chance."
