"We like the taste and quality of Summit Pizza. We order from here whenever we are in town. Tonight I placed an online order at 5:20 with a 45 minute estimated wait time. We arrived at 6:05 to pick up our order (3 uncomplicated pizzas, 1 family salad). The order was not ready until 7:25 pm. That's a two hour wait time and it was supposed to be 45 minutes. Another customer walked in at 7:15 and got upset because he ordered at 6 (40 minutes after us). After yelling at the staff, his pizza was quickly handed to him (while we continued to wait). The manager pulled a pizza from the kitchen and treated him like a VIP- welcoming him in and ringing him up himself while all other sales were handled by the regular staff. The worst part for us is some of our visitors had to leave and now we have way too much pizza and didn't have a chance to enjoy dinner together. It seems In order that Summit Pizza would compensate us for waiting in the lobby for almost one and a half hours but no offer was given."
