"I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was rude, and the staff seemed more interested in gossiping about a coworker in Spanish than attending to customers (and I’m Hispanic myself). I didn’t receive a receipt, so I’m not sure who the woman at the window was, but she appeared to be a manager. She seemed upset about the gossip and was snappy with me, but I chose to ignore it since it was her bad day, not mine.
When I returned to work, I noticed how poorly made my nachos were. I specifically requested the sour cream on the side, but it was mixed in. There was hardly any meat on my plate—just one nacho on top had most of the meat on it. It felt like they poured more grease on my food than actual meat. I’m highly dissatisfied and would rather pay the same price for authentic Mexican food at Los Albertos."
