"What really frustrated me was when I waited in line at the drive-thru for more than 90 seconds while the girl at the window was on her phone. Even when she opened the window to take my order, she still had her phone in hand. When I asked if she was ready, she giggled and said yes, mentioning it was an important call. I told her that if it was that important, she should have asked her manager to step away for a moment rather than be rude to me as a customer.
A few weeks later, I went through the drive-thru again, and I saw the same girls preparing my drinks. They carelessly shoved the cup into the ice, and when I asked them to roll the ice properly, they rolled their eyes and made a fuss. Eventually, someone else made my drinks, but they made them the same way with the ice. I hope they improve on that, as there should be training in place for proper procedures with the ice.
I'm not sure if I'll return to this particular PDQ, but there are other locations in my area that I may try in the future."
