"From the moment we arrived, she was rude, but we brushed it off. When we ordered drinks, she only brought out one water for our table of four, despite three of us ordering additional beverages. When I politely requested waters for everyone, she snapped at me without hesitation. Additionally, she forgot one of our drinks entirely. When one of us pointed out that she had given her a water instead of the Sprite she ordered, she responded defensively, claiming it was on its way—clearly not true.
The real turning point was when I inquired about the chicken parmesan. Instead of answering, she launched into a rant about how only a "chicken" would order chicken at an Italian restaurant, implying that it was a boring choice. This was baffling, especially given that their menu featured mostly standard Italian dishes. We suspected she might think she was being funny, yet it was so outlandish that it left us confused.
At that point, we considered leaving but mistakenly chose to stay, hoping things would improve. However, she continued to make our dining experience awkward and frustrating. Many other incidents occurred, but overall, it was a terrible evening. While I sympathize with hospitality workers, the least she could have done was stop bothering us and simply serve our food. We will definitely not be returning and would advise others to steer clear of this establishment."
