"This Manager has to be one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Ordered Crawfish for me and my significant and they were not fresh and they were mealy I understand things happen every company gets the food from somewhere else but when I called First he was unprofessional over the phone did not tell me I had to bring my remaining food up there to get a refund he also told me no manager on duty spoke English but he was the first person I had a conversation with in English when I got to the store lying about speaking a language is childish and can be offensive I felt like he was trying to be funny and I had no problem bringing the food back I just wasn’t told that over the phone so then I go to the store he’s making comments like common sense this common sense that first of all you never tell a customer they don’t have common sense or make them feel belittled that’s no the proper customer service. I spoke to a server name Breanna who was respectful and fixed the problem And so did Ms. Tatiana if it wasn’t for their good service I would never come back here again. As a manager you don’t antagonize customers either staring at a customer while speaking another language to someone else can be seen as disrespectful as well for someone who served this country I feel like it’s all unacceptable this company needs new management the server handles issues better then the managers do Eddie should not be a manager at all and I hope to take this higher because it’s not ok to treat customers that way especially with the money that’s being spent in the establishment I was refunded 30.00 I’m not complaining I just wish the manager wasn’t unprofessional and childish"
