"We had a party of over 25 and had reserved a room months in advance. We often dine at this restaurant and have never encountered any issues before; we love the food and the atmosphere. However, on this special occasion, our experience was tainted by our waitress, Daniella, who was unprofessional and rude. She mentioned that she was the only waitress working that day and seemed overwhelmed by the size of our group. When she took our orders, she was not friendly at all. I requested a kids' menu, but she refused, claiming she was too busy. Fortunately, three gentlemen stepped in to help by serving our drinks and ensuring we were taken care of. After placing our orders, we did not see Daniella again, and we ended up tipping those helpful men instead. I plan to call in the morning to file a complaint because Daniella's behavior left a bad impression of Huck's establishment. A big thank you to the three gentlemen who saved the day; we truly appreciate your service and hospitality. I believe Daniella should be reassigned to a busboy position before being allowed to serve as a waitress or host. Additionally, we were charged twice for our bill."
