"Whenever I’m in Blaine, I’d always see Big Al’s Diner and wondered if it is any good. After picking up my new Dragon APSx goggles from Blaine, I finally decided to come by for a late breakfast. I ordered Big Al’s corned beef hash because it was the only highlighted item on the breakfast menu, and it was delicious. Unlike most corned beef hashes out there, it wasn’t too greasy nor too salty. It came with fluffy and crispy potatoes, shredded corned beef and green onions. To my surprise, the shredded corned beef that looks dry, wasn’t dry at all. It was buttery and very tasty. Because this was my brunch, I also got a half order of the French toast. The 4 pieces of French toast had a nice crispy crust, but it wasn’t as fluffy on the inside as I’d like them to be.
