I explained that I had exact change, and that was all we had to spend, so I said, "Sorry, zero." To my surprise, she refused to give us our order until we provided a tip. We ended up rummaging for spare change that had fallen on the floor and between the seats, and thankfully, we managed to scrape together enough for a 10% tip.
