"We left the restaurant disappointed this time. I truly think this is the best value restaurant on the Phoenix metro areas west side. Almost always excellent food and service. This time was much different. We had to send back one of our meals and sides. The steak was overcooked to medium well medium rare was requested and one of the sides was cold. Service was not timely. Please note that this was an anomaly. I believe this was a direct result of the opening of restaurants by our governor, lack of staffing due to COVID, and an understandable inability to obtain the necessary staff to cope with the influx of patrons. We will continue to visit AHG but, will wait a few more months until the climate settles down"

For the price we paid for the dinner you would have thought that there would have been some token of recognizing the event The food was good, but we spent most of the dinner discussing what made this restaurant different enough to justify the for an Fillet Mignon although it was cooked perfectly. "We came here for New Years Eve, also our 1 year wedding anniversary. Staff was welcoming, our waiter was excellent. We ordered drinks, old fashioneds, which were made really wonderful, and oysters. We each got an order of 12 oysters plus the chives frites. Never had a order of fries taste so good. Also got the peanut butter dessert. YUM. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"We truly enjoy the Ignite Steakhouse every time we eat there. The staff has always been friendly and professional, but It seems when it is very busy that you don’t get the A-1 service that you may have received at slower times. The side dishes were merely just have full and the special request for the salad was overlooked, Had to wait extra time for a bar drink, because we were told the bar was busy. It is overall a very nice steakhouse"

"We enjoyed a family dinner before heading to the show. I had the pulled pork sandwich along with fries and slaw, and everything was fantastic. My husband and oldest son both ordered the BS Burger and barely left a bite on their plates. Our youngest, who is quite the picky eater, had the kids' chicken tenders. He loved them but wished there were more on his plate since there were only two. My only suggestion would be to offer more options for picky eaters. The prices were excellent considering the generous portions we received, and the sweet tea was delicious as well. We will definitely come back for more. Thank you for a wonderful family night!"
