"I am alittle curious why the management and owners are okay with having an employee who wears pajamas to work. I would give higher reviews and wanted to give one star for this reason alone. But because the other kids were attentive and awesome I gave it three. I come here frequently and her attitude walking in off whatever break was as bad as her appearance. If she cared as much about her presentation as her hot pink pig tails she might be a promising employee."

"We brought a large group in to buy ice cream tonight after the high school graduation. My 70 year old mother asked to use the restroom and they told us no. They said the restroom closed at 9:00 although the store was still open and serving food! We asked 2 different people a total of 4 times and told them we had a group pf 10 paying customers. They didn’t care and refused to let my mother use the restroom. We left without ordering anything. We will not return."

"there were 3 employees behind the line only 1 person who would talk to each other but not to the customers. the lack of order created a huge line of men. then they flirt with only one customer until he left. one of the girls, their haare began to slip out of their ponytail, so that they dug their haare until their ponytail holders dropped off, but their haare fall over the counter that their haare came down on their back. it was rough depiction of the non-fabrics and unevennesses. when we finally took our job and left the building only to discover the cone is not chewing crispy and taste like the chemical air spring in the space we had to throw away. "I have been visiting Coldstone Gallery in Baldwin for many years, but recently there have been changes in staff and the new employees do not seem to take the pandemic seriously. The employees are young and inexperienced, with some wearing masks inconsistently. During my visit today, I found a hair in my ice cream cup for the second time in two weeks. The first incident occurred when I purchased a gallon of chocolate ice cream and discovered it was not fully filled, with a hair in it. The staff do not seem to prioritize hygiene, with one employee not washing their hands after handling glass doors and serving customers. This establishment either needs new owners or a new manager, at the very least better oversight during busy times. If improvements are not made soon, I fear this business may not survive. My family and I will no longer be returning to Coldstone."

"Today was our first time in Coldstone, itvwas really busy, but we got super lucky and got the sweetest employee her name was Nicole I believe. She was helping me decide over the tons of combinations of flavors and she super patient with my younger kids. She made us a gotta have it size ice cream and it was so freaking delicious OMG... She made them look so cute and did such a great job. There were soo many customers but she had a great way of making us feel special and didn 't not rush us. It is a beautiful location at the start of the seal beach pier. They 're are tons of small boutique shops you can stroll main st and the pier while enjoying a delicious yummy treat made by the sweetest employees. "We came today on a busy Saturday night. When I say BUSY, I mean line all the way to the outside of the store. The staff was working hard there were about 4-5 employees and they were in my opinion doing the best they could. We had Bryce and Ashlei helpmy family, there were so patient considering I had a 3 and 7 year old. "I visited this restaurant around 5 PM on December 3rd, 2023, and was promptly greeted by a male employee who inquired about how he could assist me. He quickly got to work on my milkshake, making sure to include the toppings I requested. I also noticed that the location was very clean and well-maintained! Not only did I receive immediate attention, but the customer who entered right after me was also acknowledged right away. "We ordered the Strawberry Blonde, Oreo Overload, and Cookie Doughn't You Want It. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and still frozen upon delivery. Unfortunately, they had run out of the waffle cones I ordered, but they kindly upgraded my order to a larger size as compensation. "As for the restroom, it was a single-occupancy and appeared to be the only one in the establishment. Unfortunately, shortly after I entered, someone was already knocking to get in. It was generally clean, but I was a bit skeptical about how well-maintained it was considering how busy they were and how close it was to closing time—definitely a potential issue. The restroom was equipped with a touchless paper towel dispenser, a hand dryer, and a non-touchless soap dispenser. I appreciated that the trash can was positioned right by the door, allowing me to use my paper towel to open the handle without needing to aim perfectly to avoid dropping it on the floor. Overall, I would use the restroom here again. Follow me for more reviews on places I've visited!"

"Cold Stone Creamery always has had a special place in my heart since the first time I went to one in San Luis Obispo, CA, long time ago. I remember being fascinated by the idea of mixing toppings in the ice-cream over a slab of cold stone. Fast forward to present time, I just went again to a Cold Stone Creamery after a long time. I was craving their ice-cream on a hot day so just had to have it. When I got to this location, they were semi-busy. That helped me and my family make our decision as we weren't quite ready to order right away. Once we were ready, I ordered a medium Butter Pecan mixed in w/ bananas and marshmallows, a small Mud Pie sundae w/ Sweet Cream ice-cream instead of Coffee ice-cream and a kids size Rocky Road w/ rainbow sprinkles. All of our ice-cream was good. I really liked their Butter Pecan (don't remember if I had it before at C S C or not) ice-cream. It was smooth and creamy (but was melting fast) as we were sitting outside in the sun...heheh! We received good service and the price to portion ratio was good. You definitely get your money's worth. These days, I don't see many Cold Stone Creamery shops so it's good to have this one around. And I am glad that it's them as opposed to the other similar ice-cream shop that originated the concept of mixing ice-cream on a cold stone slab. I didn't like that one. I will be going back."
