I've had Pepto-Bismol and Pedialyte on my nightstand, and I haven't eaten since yesterday morning.
The store manager was incredibly rude when he called me. He started the conversation by asking, "Is this Tatiana?" When I confirmed my identity and asked who was calling, he rushed through his words, skipping any polite introductions, and immediately demanded to know what happened. I explained that I ate there on Sunday evening and began feeling ill on Tuesday. By Wednesday, my condition worsened significantly, and I was still unwell. He responded by saying that they serve hundreds of batches daily and this was their first complaint, implying my experience was unbelievable.
I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed, as it seems they do not take customer safety seriously. I will be filing a complaint with Public Food Safety in Oakland County. If you decide to eat here, please take caution. I'm now behind on work and have paid this restaurant for both food poisoning and terrible service."
