"My sister, who I was in this place five times, but will no longer come to this place. On 12/5/22, at 16:30, we tried to eat dinner, experienced a problem with meat. My sister started eating it when she saw it was still raw from the middle to the bottom. Very pink squishy meat. We both, who have been in the food industry for 10 years, knew it was just raw from sight. I informed several employees because for 10 minutes after the discovery, any person I said would consider it, then go away. No one has removed it from the line. Then I asked to talk to a manager. A young woman comes to me tells me she's not raw, it just looks like her pig. I told her we never had problems with the meat store that looks like we were here, she said that it could be because who told it, it didn't mix it properly. We'll go into circles, I'll show her you're obviously raw, not cooked long enough, she always tells me the same thing. At this point we requested a refund. We then waited another 20 minutes for the refund because their system seemed to freeze when the card. I always asked for an update or cash, there was no sense of apology, urgency or care from the manager or cashier. They repeatedly addressed customers who go in. After all, when no one else came in, the manager gave me a cash payment. I asked for company number to file a complaint, both cashiers told me that they just told you there was never the number. Although this is the only question I have faced in 5 visits, we have "not returned or recommended this place due to the handling that the meat dew was still left on the line.
