"on the basis of my experience, I would rate this one star, but I still have beautiful memories of this place, which is why I did not decide about a star. I wasn't with golden corral in what feels like old. but I liked it as a child, so I decided to take my family for lunch. the experience was quite different. of what I remember as a child, there were no friendly faces, no smiles, that would have been good if the waiter and waiter had been at least attentive and competent. we had to refill several times and see that our server has brought our drinks to the wrong table, which I would normally take as an honest mistake. this happened twice and no apology or accountability. only a subtle laugh and finally our drinks after the third time we asked. Also, a big problem was eating that, I am not sure if it could only have been the time we were going by chance that we ended at 15 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, but eating was terrible. in any case not as I remembered. everything was quite stable and even after sufficient time there were little to no servings, which I think is a buffet of 30 minutes. I understand there are many people who eat at any time and get constantly food but again, that is not an excuse. I do not often make bad reviews about everything, if at all, I make good reviews to places I give second chances. who knows I could try this place in the late future again and then update my review but for now, this place definitiw a bad taste in my mouth. I also want to add that this review is not a reflection of the restaurant as a whole. all the experiences could have been different from my family and I. it is only for me personally I feel a lot of things about quality and I speak not only about eating, quality of the staff has gone drastically down."

"My sister, who I was in this place five times, but will no longer come to this place. On 12/5/22, at 16:30, we tried to eat dinner, experienced a problem with meat. My sister started eating it when she saw it was still raw from the middle to the bottom. Very pink squishy meat. We both, who have been in the food industry for 10 years, knew it was just raw from sight. I informed several employees because for 10 minutes after the discovery, any person I said would consider it, then go away. No one has removed it from the line. Then I asked to talk to a manager. A young woman comes to me tells me she's not raw, it just looks like her pig. I told her we never had problems with the meat store that looks like we were here, she said that it could be because who told it, it didn't mix it properly. We'll go into circles, I'll show her you're obviously raw, not cooked long enough, she always tells me the same thing. At this point we requested a refund. We then waited another 20 minutes for the refund because their system seemed to freeze when the card. I always asked for an update or cash, there was no sense of apology, urgency or care from the manager or cashier. They repeatedly addressed customers who go in. After all, when no one else came in, the manager gave me a cash payment. I asked for company number to file a complaint, both cashiers told me that they just told you there was never the number. Although this is the only question I have faced in 5 visits, we have "not returned or recommended this place due to the handling that the meat dew was still left on the line. I hate to think where else corners are cut."
