"First off I knew all would be ???????? when I asked for a paper menu and got an eye roll and a sigh from the server. (Blonde headed bob hair older lady working lunch shift). We ordered our hotdogs right away. Hot dogs came quick. Wasn?t sure of theflavors of milkshakes so after looking at the dreaded menu we ordered a milkshake. Waited and waited for it. Our server haddisappeared. Finally ended up asking a different server for the milkshake the other woman had clearly forgotten. The young ladybrought it very fast. Low and behold bob haircut lady reappeared just in time to ring us up. She charged me for the milkshakeshe didn?t bring. I told her you know you never brought it. She snidely responded ?well you ordered the shake after your foodcame? not sure how that explains she forgot about it. Whatever happened to good customer service? Certainly not by this woman."
