"customer service has been pretty bad lately. last week. waits on the drive through menu for someone to take my order for a very long time. I was the only person there and the waiting period was almost 10 minutes before I helped. drive to the window to pay for my eating. the guy who wears a dirty hemd, took my money and dropped my hot sauce on the floor. then he took the hot sauce off the floor and put in my pocket. I asked him if he dropped my hot sauce, he said no excuse, but then he replaced the hot sauce. then he took what was in the bag, and disappeared behind the running gear window, came back in a few minutes and gave me my food without saying anything. I threw the food in the müll and went next to the tacoglocke. btw, I've been going to juanita for over 38 years. I use one on the Indian hill in pomona, then the on the 4th street and now in rancho cucamonga. their tacos and hot sauce keep me back. after this has been said for the price they charge for food (it is expensive), their customer service will have to improve before I return."
