"My first time here and the small drive thru is not too great. If you have a big truck or work vehicle you probably wont fit. So its Saturday and we waited in a long line just to get up to the speaker and she said cash only. WTH ? Why wouldnt you post a sign instead of waiting till the person gets all the way up to the speaker. Well anyways I had cash on me but usually dont. I got a California burrito and we got potato tacos. The tacos were really good not many Mexican restaurants sell those. They were crispy and good. The California burrito was good also I added sour cream . The horchata was really good. Now the churros were hard and seemed to be old. I read some reviews that people were saying they were good and mine were hard as a rock I threw they away! Anyways I would go back I'm going to try the taco salad next time ?"

"I visited the restaurant to place an order at 3:45 PM on New Year’s Eve, and their sign indicated they close at 4:00 PM. However, the staff refused to take our order. When I asked the woman at the drive-thru what time they actually closed, she informed me it was 3:30 PM. I pointed out that the sign clearly said 4:00 PM, but she explained they needed half an hour for cleaning. Her attitude was quite rude and unprofessional. It seems to me that the restaurant's closing times shouldn't include cleaning, suggesting the employees were eager to close up early."

"If I could leave no stars I would.This location is run by the laziest workers I have ever encountered. I thought it was weird they took long when there was neither anyone behind us or in front of us, but they confirmed our order with us 3 times and then proceeded to charge me for beans on my burrito that I did not receive and when I went back to ask for beans, they took my burrito back and said they would fix it for me and then they proceeded to take a while to bring my burrito back and they said it was a big mama burrito so I thought they may have remade it, instead when I went for a bite, my mouth was FULL of torilla so I went to open the burrito to see what was inside and they put my original bitten burrito inside of a tortilla after spreading the THINNIEST amount of beans to glue the two tortillas together instead of just unwrapping my original one or even just adding beans to it. I have no words for what was going through their mind when they thought it a good idea. I will never return to this location."

"Do go if you don’t mind getting diarrhea. We got two burritos, california and breakfast a few days ago and those were the only thing we ate all day(it was a BUSY day for us) and we both got diarrhea. I could tell the meat inside burrito was old but didn’t think it would be bad enough to get me sick! Called the restaurant and the person had no idea what she should do, asked for manager to call back. Manager calls and says she doesn’t speak English and apologized we both got sick. She told me her daughter who can speak English will call me back in a few minutes. Fast forward three days has passed, no call. No refund, nothing. Very disappointing. We have been to Betos in other cities in Utah and they all had provided fresh food that never got us sick and good service. So do yourself a favor, skip Betos Orem and go somewhere else."

"My wife and I were heading back home from a family trip up in Bear Lake and we started getting hungry after leaving Logan Canyon and we thought “Let’s get Rancheritos”. So we stopped by here to get some food, little bit of a wait but soo worth it. Patience is a virtue as people say. We got the Carne Asada Fries burrito and I’ve never had crispy fries in those burritos before until I got one from here. The meat was so tender and flavorful and the fries were super crispy which caught me by surprise. If I’m ever up here again, I will definitely be stopping by again. 10/10 food and service!"

"There were no beans on our veggie burrito. They gave us about 1/2 cup of beans when we told them. I asked the manager if beans are expensive and being vegetarian told him I need protein to get full and he said that’s all they put on them and wouldn’t give me any more. We left hungry. Also, the green sauce has pork in it, which they should tell people, especially if they order the veggie burrito."

"I wish the drive-thru wasn't so tough on my new wheels, but the food is excellent! The gentleman at the window was very polite as well. You can count on this being my regular Friday stop. However, I've changed my mind. The lobby isn't open, even when they have the flashing OPEN sign. I had to longboard all the way home from Frontrunner to get my car, then come back and wait in line for an average of 20 minutes. PLEASE POST YOUR LOBBY HOURS!"

"Nice enough staff, it appears family owned. The food was just ok. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a pork taco. The quesadilla had very plain cheese. It was not a lot of food. The taco was tiny, the pork was tiny cubes, tough and not a good flavor. The soft taco shell was chewy. I was disappointed. It came with pico that sucked. The guacamole was super blended so it seemed diluted on the cheap. Overall my food cost approximately $10.00. I was still super hungry afterwards."
