"I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I ordered two M&M double doozies through Waitr, but when my delivery driver arrived, I discovered that I only received two regular M&M cookies instead. By that time, my driver had already left. I called the restaurant to request a refund or at least a partial refund. The staff member I spoke with apologized and explained that the person who prepared my order was moving too fast and made a mistake. He advised me to contact customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, this has left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again."
