"Terrible and horrifying experience. We’d ordered lunch for work from fresh to order. Everyone had their order specified. I am a vegetarian for religious reasons and I have never touched meat or seafood ever in my life. I’d ordered grilled vegetable panini. I also mentioned cleared no meat or seafood in my order to be double sure. The bag had my name on it so I guess they know what I ordered. I took a bite and it seemed off so I opened it and inspected it. It wasn’t vegetable panini. It was some FRIED MEAT in my VEGETABLE panini sandwich. I felt horrible and so upset for them being careless. People aren’t saying no meat for no reason. You basically don’t care about people’s religious beliefs and don’t ensure things?!!!! I would never eat here again. A place which has a separate vegan menu should know better than this. Ridiculous."
