"Where to begin... 》The service, Part 1: I called in an order and when quoted the price, I said oh, good, I have a coupon for a... The women on the line immediately cut me off, saying, You don 't qualify for any coupons or free items! (My order did qualify, though; see the attached photos of my receipt with the qualifying coupon. I chose not to argue with her, though, because my first choice (my usual, local Chinese place Hing Lung happened to be closed on Sundays. My family was hungry, so, I figured I 'd give this place a try. 》The service, PART 2: As I tried to give my card number, the fast talking women kept cutting me off, insisting that she already had it, told me my cell . When I said, This is a charge, you will need my card , she finally calmed down and took it big mistake on my part; stay tuned. 》The food: Well, my family and I are used to fresh made, GOOD Chinese food. This ain 't it. We found that the beef tasted like baking soda, the chicken was rubbery and fatty, the string beans looked like they had some kind of nuclear glow about them, I actually liked the egg rolls (but my son thought they tasted a little bit Frozen and rewarmed . I should thank God that the portions were small, because most of it went into the garbage. 》About the only good things I can say about this place are: 1. The vegetarian lo mein was okay, compared to the rest of the order. 2. The food did arrive in a timely manner and it was hot. (Some might say a hot mess! 3. I am actually happy that the woman stopped me from getting any free items. I will never order from here again do not recommend it."
