"The service is consistently unreliable. Even when I place an order in person, I always need to double-check it. They consistently forget the drinks; just the last time I visited, I called to remind them, and they still left it out. When I called to complain, their response was that GrubHub would just remove it from my order. They always seem to have an excuse ready. I would consider using GrubHub more often, but my recent experiences, including this one and another from a few months ago, have been disappointing. When I reach out to them, they always place the blame on the drivers. I know several drivers for GrubHub, DoorDash, and Uber, and it's unfair to see them held responsible for what goes wrong. As for the restaurant itself, it's average—nothing that stands out."
