"Horrifying and cruel experience!First of all, if you want to have a customer spend 6-7 minutes getting their bags checked, get a scanner instead of a guy making you uncomfortable by opening the tiniest of pockets of the bag and asking questions. Any which way, this isn’t even why I’m writing this review.The guy at the door checking IDs was literally at the top of his voice and misbehaving with my friend. All he wanted to convey was to make us stand on the left side of the entrance and he could’ve said so politely. He wouldn’t stop yelling making authoritative statements such as “ Am I not loud and clear enough, get out of the way”. Not only because this is hospitality industry which thrives on good customer service but even as a human being his behavior was disturbing.Needless to say we are never coming back but I’m genuinely concerned how have the owners employed such people?"
