"I came in today and ordered almost $60 to eat. one of them was a roll and for a California roll it was quite expensive. I noticed the bogo free up, just as she was in the middle of making the roll, so I asked her if this applied to all rolls and she said yes. So I asked her if I could add on another roll. she told me no, it's too late to really? how is it too late, what exactly would it cost them to add on the free roll that comes with my other roll after the advertisement? she also had a passive aggressive attitude, they could say she was just an annoying person. owner: I wish their employees would wear name tags so we can report to them who messed up their business call with their terrible customer service. we have to describe them in other ways, which is not so helpful. she was in her 20-Mexicon woman. they really need to consider more effort in the treatment of this, because I notice that I do not have the first bad review by the customer service here. with the kind as the dinge are, with shops closed due to the pandemic, they can not afford to address it. especially if you do not eat the problem."

"Jr Yelper picked up some chicken to try and brought it home. We had chicken wings, tenders and a chicken sandwich. We tried the Parmesan wings and found it to be nice and crunchy but not like regular fried chicken. The coating was more similar to rice flour. As if you breaded it with shrimp chips. I liked the Nashville chicken wing, not spicy at all and even better with the ranch dipping sauce. The chicken tenders was not so great. The coating reminded me of the Shake and Bake boxed coating you get at the supermarket. The tater tots were the same as if you bought packaged frozen Ore Ida tots, I would skip. The kale salad was bland. On a return trip, I would stick with the wings and skip the others. They opened a Starbird at the Corte Madera mall too."

"Wingstop messed up, their online order system was down yet again so I decided to try a local owned place. Best decision for chicken I ever made, TNT has the meatiest freshest chicken wings I've had in decades. The fresh made sauces were the best around here, the hot was hotter than expected not a bad thing but we will likely try medium next time. The food tastes fresh made like someone actually cared about preparing it right. The place does not scream copy/paste franchise when you go in like most restaurants, feels like a proper local joint. My only complaint is the ranch and blue cheese dressing tasted like it came out of a bottle instead of made fresh and their celery portions were small and dried out, but I dont order chicken wings for the celery. Not only did they make it good they made it fast. I ordered online and in the time it took me to get there they had it ready. As long as the chicken stays this good they have gained another loyal customer. The rest of their menu looks very good, we will be trying some of the other offerings next time we order."

"Worse then Meh but better than awful. I have ordered from them in the past via GrubHub. The order is often wrong and the tater tots are often cold and soggy. They used to not offer any drinks at all, but now they do offer 3-4 flavors of high end sodas at about $4 per bottle. When I've gotten the correct salad it was pretty good. I enjoy crispy chicken and blue cheese, kind of like a Cobb salad. They don't offer anything like it or with blue cheese anymore. There's no way to write in directions like dressing on the side or change the dressing selection. The first time I ordered the tater tots were perfect. I keep trying to get those good ones again and never have. Today I ordered a Thai Chicken salad and tater tots. What arrived after 45 mins were cold soggy French fries, packed right next to a warm diet soda, and 12 chicken wings. It was another persons order. They actually stapled her receipt UNDER mine, so mine was on top, showing clearly what I paid for. I feel badly bc there isn't even anyone nearby I know who I can give this food to. I looked up their number on Yelp and when I called I got an automated message telling me they're just some kind of food factory, they don't answer the phone and you can't dine in. I don't know why they couldn't answer a phone call though, as presumably people would be inside making the food and could correct my order. Grubhub refunded me, but I won't reorder what I wanted from here bc it's already too late, and I'm dubious about receiving the wrong order again, or more cold tater tots. I would not recommend this place. They don't even have that many salad options, I was just really craving a salad tonight."

"I ordered the Steak and Chicken Yaki, and it was excellent. Although I didn't try the Yum-Yum sauce this time, I would recommend adding it. My orders are always accurate and well-prepared, and I never have to wait long to receive them. Plus, the portion sizes are fantastic."

"The food was tasty, but it really only improved after we reheated it in our air fryer. Styrofoam is definitely not a friend to fried foods, and I'm perplexed as to why restaurants opt to pack their dishes in it, effectively ruining their texture by letting them get soggy!"

"The food arrived incredibly fast, and it was still hot and fresh! The portion sizes were great, and they even included a drink! The Chicken Philly was loaded with flavorful juices and a delicious mayo mix—it was fantastic. We'll definitely be ordering from here again. This will probably be the only place we use DoorDash for in this area since the other options are chains that have disappointed us many times."
