When I reached the window, she handed me just one sausage, egg, and cheese croissant instead of the two I ordered. Frustrated, I went inside to speak with someone about my experience. The manager, Becca, came out and told me to stop being rude to her staff. She identified herself as the general manager and I explained that I was simply expressing my dissatisfaction with the treatment I had received. In response, Becca raised her voice at me and stormed off to the back of the store, visibly upset and throwing her hands in the air.
Overall, the customer service here has been poor lately, especially when it used to be quite good."
