My go-to dish is the vegetarian ginger beef bowl with half cabbage, half rice (no kimchi and no house sauce). The ginger beef is flavorful, the dish tastes fresh, and it's very filling. I also recommend trying their vegetarian ham banh mi (without mayo, I had it spicy with sriracha and jalapeños). Adding vegan mayo at home is a nice touch, but the sandwich still tastes great without it. Joju offers rare vegan-friendly options in Elmhurst, and I appreciate the variety and quality of their menu. It's great to see the restaurant adding more options over time as well."
