"This restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star rating! The food was outstanding, and the place was impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and even went out of their way to prepare extra gravy for me. If I lived closer to this restaurant, I would be dining here every week. The portion sizes were generous, and it has a great atmosphere for families."

"Unfortunately this place lacks consistency and it varies from very good to very disappointing. On this visit the chicken tasted like some hybrid chicken product rather than fresh chicken. Even the vegetables were off and its as if someone forgot to cook steam the broccoli. The Lo Mein on prior visits was fine but again whatever cooking method was used this time altered the taste and we did not enjoy the dish. Despite the lack of consistency, I like Bokafresh and I hope they do well."
