"I ordered the Tilapia sandwich through DoorDash. The delivery took around 15 minutes. The fish was significantly smaller than expected, and the batter coating was overcooked and rubbery. Tilapia should be white and flaky, but this was not the case. The French fries were soggy and clumped together. Surprisingly, there were no tartar sauce or ketchup provided, even though they were requested."

"I do not want any salt put on my food. There was LOTS of salt on the tilapia fish. I like to purchase my orders from the North Bend store because they DO NOT add salt without your permission. Many people have health issues where they have to limit their salt intake. I believe my order came from the Hamilton Ave. store. Dont like them."
