"I went for a late lunch to try the Chicago deep dish pizza. Unfortunately, from the moment we sat down until we left—about 50 minutes later—we were plagued by two or more flies at our table. I’m not sure how we managed to stick around for the pizza, but that was the main reason we came. The crust was overcooked, and the toppings were spilling out of the cuts. Overall, it wasn’t worth the visit."

"FOOD POISONING. My wife and I love Rosati's since we ordered it as our first meal after our daughter's birth (different location). We started ordering it from here since then and immediately I noticed a quality difference in some items like how their boneless buffalo wings NEVER came tossed in the buffalo sauce, just dry with the buffalo sauce on the side. They also removed the cauliflower wings I liked from their menu. These things never stopped us from ordering for months until earlier this week when the cheese pizza we ordered gave us all food poisoning. My wife, 3yo, and I were hurling for hours thru the night and unable to work or do anything the next day and a half from nausea, light headedness, and exhaustion. I don't know what happened that day to cause it but I hope the restaurant owner reads this and does something immediately to increase the cleanliness and quality there.. I would need to know something clearly changed before I could consider eating here again"

"I ordered a simple medium pizza and waited an exorbitant amount of time with my four year-old daughter. The initial order was to have a little bit of water for her because she was playing on the playground and was very thirsty and the first thing they brought me was my drink, and not the water for my daughter. I waited so long that I started to complain. I used to work for a pizza place. I’ve made pizza at home and for the business. I even asked them about their oven and they said they have a 6 to 7 minute conveyor belt oven, which is standard for the industry. The owner came out in a very argumentative way and tried to explain something about drying out the tomatoes, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over 20 minutes for one pizza with no deliveries apparent and a very small group of individuals in the actual restaurant was ridiculous. I’m never going back there again. I didn’t finish my drink and I just took my daughter and left. Apparently the owner is an idiot, that doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. And he spoke very harshly and rudely to me in front of my daughter upon leaving. He has no decorum or respect in front of young children. Plus his menu is horrible. Specializing in only pizza and spaghetti. There was nothing more expansive on his appetizers section. I was almost ready to leave after looking at the menu a few times.
