"I tried to place an online order for the triple play at this restaurant and the website offered an upgrade to loaded cheese dippers. However, I wasn't comfortable using my card online so I tried to call the store to add the upgrade. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn't upgrade to the loaded cheese dippers. As the one paying for the order, I believe I should have the option to add on extras. It would be helpful if they offered the ability to pay in person like Pizza Hut does for online orders. Overall, I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 1."
